Please tell us how we are doing via our patient surveys!

All Wentworth Health Partners practices strive to provide their patients the best health care possible in a positive and supportive environment.  One of the key tools this practice uses to determine if our providers and staff are meeting patients' needs and expectations is the use of a patient survey administered by a company called Press Ganey.  A random selection of patients will receive a survey within a month of their visit with a provider.  These surveys are confidential unless the patient chooses to provide his/her name. 

The Practice Manager, providers and staff receive a copy of every completed survey as well as summary and statistical analysis of all survey results each quarter.  We highly value this feedback and review this data very carefully.  These results are a primary driver of process improvement initiatives at this practice.  Therefore, we appreciate your time and willingness to assist us to improve our level of service by completing these surveys when you receive them.  Thank you in advance for your feedback so that we can work to ensure we meet your healthcare needs and expectations!
