Hospital Medicine Team

If hospitalization is needed for adult patients, your Primary Care Physician will refer you to Wentworth-Douglass Hospital. Wentworth-Douglass Hospital has a full complement of hospitalists and specialists. Hospitalists are physicians who specialize in the care of adult, hospitalized patients. The Hospitalists are part of the care team working directly with your Primary Care Physician to provide a smooth transition of care while in an inpatient status.
